Which shipping methods are available?

We ship via DHL, DPD and GLS inside the EU at different rates, depending on the destination.

do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship inside Germany and also inside the EU.

What is the average delivery time?

Normally we ship once every week at the moment. In the future we will ship more often. Once a parcel has been handed over to one of our carriers, it usually takes around 2-4 Days to arrive at the destination.

Which payment methods are available?

You can pay via Paypal or with card.

is buying products online safe?

We use Paypal and Stripe as our Payment Providers. Both plattforms have a proven security record and offer payment protection.

how can i cancel my order?

If you want to cancel an order, send us an E-mail to info@vidacoffee.de and we will cancel the order.

How do i track my order?

You will get a tracking number following your order, with which you can track your order
